Amber Joy (AJ) is an international award winning artists known widely for color realism but can accomplish and has won awards for many other styles. She loves to travel and participate in tattoo conventions and also has judged world renound shows. She believes surrounding herself with a wide range of artists furthers her own artistic abilities. Before her career in tattooing, Amber received a full scholarship for her art portfolio and studied Art and Art History at BGSU for three years. After school she began her apprenticeship in 2012 and now has been tattooing for seven years. Then she opened up her first tattoo studio Black Finch in 2020.
